Digital Elevation Model Map

A DEM map is a digital model or 3D  representation of a terrains surface to produce a terrain elevation diagnosis. A DEM can be represented as in raster or vector based TIN form. It is often a black and  white image that is hard to read but is effective at representing areas of interest in ArcGIS.
